First time ordering online from here- didn’t get a confirmation of my order but went anyway. Found out they did get it and it was going to be ready in a few minutes so waited and got an extra hot and fresh order! Very friendly staff too. Very pleased!

The food & service was good. There was no soya or plum sauce included though. And no fortune cookies. 😢

I really didn’t like the fact that I had to order online and create a profile. I called probably 10 times and the phone just kept on saying the call failed. So my experience with customer service was a low standard for such a long time institution like John Wongs
